The health, safety, and welfare of all staff, sub-contractors, clients, and visitors are significantly import-ant to Dream Home Services Limited, and it is our intention to strive for excellence in the effective health and safety management of all construction sites under our control.

We also aim to effectively mitigate all hazards arising from our facilities, activities and site-specific environments.

We also ensure we comply with all legal obligations, relevant standards, and codes of practice with a commitment to developing a culture of safety within the civil construction industry.

As a company we have made detailed arrangements for the implementation of our Health, Safety and Environmental Policies as outlined herein in summary:

To comply with relevant local and international health, safety and environmental legislation;

To implement our policies through codes of practice, schedules, guidance notes and training;

To identify hazards, assess risks and implement control procedures;

To safeguard the environment from the effects of our service activities;

To ensure that staff, customers and visitors are adequately informed of risks, and where appropriate, receive instruction, training, and supervision;

To ensure the provision of a trained health and safety coordinator having adequate time, resources and facilities to carry out their responsibilities;

To document and review risk assessment;

To monitor and review the effectiveness of controls;

To ensure that all personnel are issued with the necessary safety resources, such as personal protective equipment and receive appropriate training in order to carry out their functions safely.

To set and maintain high standards of construction and installation safety with an annual review of our safety policies;
